We are a leading Automotive manufacturer of Seating, Electrical, and Electronic products supplying to the majority of automobile manufacturers in the world. This webpage allows potential suppliers to provide information to the Lear Purchasing team so they may consider future business opportunities. Supplier Registration is a two stage process:


1. This self-registration process to notify Lear and provide basic information
2. A Qualification process to collect all the information necessary to become a supplier to Lear Corporation

Read the Global Requirements Manual for Suppliers located at www.Lear.com > Suppliers > Web Guides > Supplier Development.

Read the Lear Logistics Requirements located at www.Lear.com > Suppliers > Web Guides > Logistics.

Lear's Corporate Purchase Order Terms and Conditions will apply to all contracts. (see Lear.com)

Does your company have a formal Human Rights Policy? Lear expects your company to formally endorsed the Global Sullivan Principles, or a similar Human Rights doctrine.


If Lear Purchasing decides to move forward with your enrollment, the following items will be necessary during the next stage of Supplier Registration:


1. Non-Disclosure Agreement (Contact Lear Purchasing for more information)
2. IATF 16949 Quality Systems Certificate for each “MFG/SHIP TO” address.
3. ISO 14001 Environmental Systems Certificate for each Manufacturing and Ship From location.
4. ZETA Services Financial Information Worksheet (GPM 6.10)
5. The 'Entity Structure' questionnaire regarding company ownership and subsidiaries.
6. Conflict Mineral Registration Template (Lear.com > Suppliers > Conflict Minerals > General Communication to Suppliers)
7. Human Rights Policy for your Company
8. Company presentation of products and capabilities
9. Complete the self-assessment portion of the MMOG (Materials Management Operational Guidelines) published by AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group)
10. Registration of each manufacturing and ship from location into the Lear Supplier Portal.
11. Upload and maintenance of requested information into the Lear Supplier Portal.
